I have a beautiful, furnished house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) , with a big frontal deck, in the San Bernardino mountain resort town called Lake Arrowhead, in southern California (altitude > 1.6Km/1600m). It's like a dacha. It's close to the lake ( about 5 minutes walk) and supermarket. The air is cool and clean ( no smog), and there is an International ice skating rink about 1 Km from the house.

The house will be available for vacation rental during the summer from 8 June to 19 August, 2012, as I will be out of California during that period. The rent will be $2000 or 1600 Euros per month ($4500 for the 2 months (+) period), and includes washing machine-use, free natural gas, electricity, water, telephone calls within USA, and PC with Internet access (DSL). No pets (dog, cat, etc) allowed, and no smoking inside the house.
